Berbeda dengan lagu Why, dimana lagu itu berisi tentang ketidakpercayaan bahwa kekasihnya mampu melakukan hal yang buruk, lagu ini berisi tentang permintaan seorang kekasih agar tidak ditinggalkan, bahwa ia berjanji akan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Seolah kedua lagu ini merupakan pertanyaan dan jawaban.

Yup, di track list, lagu Stay Close Don't Go berada setelah lagu Why.
